Here's a beautiful quote for you,
Life is the most difficult exam. Many people fail because they try to copy others, not realizing that everybody has a different question paper.
🙋♂️ Hey friends,
Welcome back to another article on my website. I am currently writing my Grade 10 Board exams.
🤷♂️ What the hell is that?
For those of you who don’t know what that is, it is the final exams of a CBSE school which decide which subjects you choose, for your college and future studies and all that. E.g. like the GCSEs for an IGCSE school.
Now boards are a huge hectic time for all of us and right now I am literally manifesting the time I will have for myself and my actual priorities after these exams are over since I will be moving on to 11th grade which will be another course since it will be all new subjects, subjects that matter to me and not subjects that are not going to help me in any way.
🤔 Why are you writing this article Aaqib?
Now my reason to write this article is to remind you of the importance of exams, now I am not a straight-A student, in fact, I am extremely average in studies and I consider myself better in other things, as Albert Einstein once said,
Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.
🙄 What does this quote mean? Please spill some wisdom.
In this particular quote, Albert Einstein is trying to explain that every individual, every human being is different, some people are good at studies, some are good at sports whereas some are just so creative that they can write volumes of books on different topics but still can’t manage to get an A in school.
That is not a bad thing, in fact, people who are not good in academics will most definitely have another strength that someone who is good in academics won’t have.
Therefore, instead of judging your son, daughter, friend, cousin, or brother, make sure to realize that you may be getting 90% in your exams, and just because they aren’t doesn’t prove that they are not smart. They may just have different strengths which they haven’t figured out yet because our world gives more importance to marks than figuring out your strengths and weaknesses.
😅 Was this article just to justify you getting bad marks?
Nope, well sort of, but no, this article was not just to justify me getting bad marks lmao but to help you all understand that even if you hate exams or love them for that matter, take exams as a challenge, as a way to understand how well you can work under pressure and how much time and capacity it takes for you to learn stuff that you probably don’t enjoy because that is the reality of this life, you will not always get what you want, therefore, sometimes you should accept it and take what you get.
Have a fantastic day everyone,
Aaqib M signing out.
